Ma Zhiguo, a PhD from Kyushu Institute of Technology in Japan, boasts an extensive R&D background both domestically and internationally. He is well-versed in differentiated research management approaches tailored to local and global contexts. His professional journey spans three key areas: the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Automotive Research Institute, and a leading materials technology company, giving him versatile, cross-disciplinary experience in leading diverse, multi-dimensional research teams. As a pioneering R&D leader, he has spearheaded the development of a highly transparent resin-based composite material that achieves a light transmittance rate exceeding 93%, setting the industry’s top benchmark in this critical technical metric. In his role as a core scientific leader within the company, Ma has deeply immersed himself in the fields of lightweight materials and advanced composites. Supported by a meticulous R&D management system, he oversees and drives the entire R&D process—from process design and structural optimization to composite engineering—ensuring seamless integration across all stages. Chen Guangxue, Foreign Academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Light Industry Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology, recipient of the State Council Special Allowance, and Head of the nationally recognized first-class undergraduate program in "Light Chemical Engineering" at South China University of Technology. He is also a key academic member of the State Key Laboratory of Pulp and Papermaking Engineering, Director of the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Filtration and Wet-Laid Nonwoven Composite Materials, Vice Chairman of the Photographic Society of China and Director of its Printing Technology Professional Committee, Executive Deputy Director of the Image Science and Engineering Branch of the Chinese Instrument and Meter Society, Vice Chairman of the National Technical Committee on Printing Standardization, Member of the Board and Deputy Director of the Science & Technology Committee of the China Packaging Federation, Standing Director of the China Printing Technology Association, Supervisor of the Guangdong Packaging Technology Association, and Executive Vice President of the Shenzhen Printing Society. Graduated with a Master's degree in English and International Trade from Sichuan Normal University; holds an EMBA from Peking University's Guanghua School of Management. Previously held senior positions at Siemens Communications Systems, the Safety & Environmental Protection Bureau of Sinopec Group, the China Council for Sustainable Business Development, and China Jinchuan Investment Holding Company, among others. For many years, has been deeply involved in government relations, marketing, and business development within the petrochemical, energy, and technology sectors. This includes leading the company’s efforts in developing multiple petrochemical, mining, and renewable energy projects across countries such as Turkey, Australia, and Indonesia. Additionally, has spearheaded the company’s initiatives in energy efficiency and international carbon trading, played a key role in launching and raising funds for the company’s New Energy & Advanced Materials Industry Fund, and successfully executed large-scale customer marketing and business expansion strategies for industrial internet projects spanning industries like petrochemicals, power generation, new energy, mining, and defense manufacturing. Recently joined Xiaojian New Materials Company, where she is now responsible for marketing planning and management, focusing on expanding business relationships with key industry clients—including those in logistics, power, new energy, petrochemicals, defense, and rail transportation—and driving high-value sales. She also oversees government relations and strategic planning for technology-related initiatives and applications.

Xu Guanglei, Chief Technology Officer. PhD, Senior Engineer at the Professor Level. He earned his doctoral degree from Nanjing University of Science and Technology (a Double First-Class discipline institution) and completed his postdoctoral research at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (also a Double First-Class discipline institution). He holds a full professor-level position in Chemical Engineering. A senior member of the Chinese Society for Composite Materials, he is also an expert listed in the expert database of the China Composites Industry Association, Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Database, and the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology’s expert pool. Additionally, he is recognized as a leading high-level talent at the provincial level in Shandong Province. Dr. Xu currently serves as the leader of a major science and technology innovation project under the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, as well as the head of the urgently needed talent program at the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission. He is also responsible for a key collaborative innovation initiative funded by Guangzhou’s Science and Technology Bureau. Previously, Dr. Xu held technical R&D management positions at several publicly listed corporate groups, where he has extensively engaged in the development and industrial application research of fiber-reinforced resin-based composite materials.
